    The razor-sharp Japanese stainless steel blade cuts in thicknesses of 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm and can be locked for safe storage. The integrated, non-slip base folds out to raise the Nocutu safely, allowing multiple food slices to be stacked underneath without jamming. The flexible finger guard snaps on and doubles as a knife cover for safe and easy storage.
